Who:  Eligible four year olds living in DeKalb County.  Child must be four years of age on or before 9/01/2016.  

Where:  Parents should participate in the lottery at the school that will serve their home address for the 2016-2017 school year.  

Documentation:  Child's original certified birth certificate.
Parent's photo id
Child's social security number
Proof of residency - current month's gas, water, or electric bill and/or a copy of Lease Agreement.  A Residence Affadavit must be provided if current bills are in someone else's name.

Registration Time:  8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Lottery Drawing Time:  1:15 p.m.
